Privacy Policy

Who we are

The Cozy Corner ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship owned by Muhammed Ajmal M, based in Kochi, Kerala, India, operating at thecozycorner.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from this site, and how it's used.

Information we collect

When you buy a product, we collect the details you enter at checkout:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details — those are entered directly on our payment gateway's own secure checkout page and never reach our servers.

How we use it

• To process your payment through our payment gateway
• To deliver your purchased file by email and unlock your download link
• To contact you about your order if there's an issue with payment or delivery
• To keep a record of your order for support and accounting purposes

We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with the service providers needed to complete your purchase:

• Our payment gateway — to process your payment securely (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator)
• Resend — to send your confirmation email and product file

These providers only receive what's needed to do their job and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to handle support requests, accounting, and legal requirements. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us, subject to what we're legally required to retain for tax and payment records.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@thecozycorner.in.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any data stored in your browser is limited to what's needed for the site to function correctly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
